RETURN & EXCHANGE
WHAT IS ANIVIVO RETURN POLICY ?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original ccondition, unworn with tags attached products.
2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to info@anivivo.com
3. Please note the original shipping and handling will not be refunded. For orders originally eligible for Free Shipping, a $5.00/unit processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
*For returns due to reasons other than defective, such as sizing errors, ordering duplicates, or color preferences, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us.
*If the items received are damaged or not correct, the return is free.
Return Conditions
All items are carefully inspected upon return. We reserve the sole right to deny your refund request for returned items, in full or in part, if any of the following conditions are found:
- Products returned without the original tags attached;
- Products showing wear and tear that affects resale value;
- Items damaged due to misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents;
- Items that were marked as final sale at the time of purchase;
- Products returned without prior authorization or without a valid return label.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?
ALL ITEMS RESPECTING THE ANIVIVO RETURN POLICY CAN BE RETURNED.
You can return multiple orders in a single package. Please provide the purchase orders corresponding to the returned items. To return your item(s), simply follow the instructions below within 14-days of receiving your order:
- Go online to anivivo.com to initiate your return.
- Provide us with the reason for the return.
- After review of your return is accepted you may receive a shipping label.
- Repackage carefully with all the original hangtags and packaging and apply your shipping label to the reusable bag or box.
- Drop it off at your nearest any express location.
- A refund notification will be sent once the return has been processed at our warehouse.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND ?
We will process your return and refund when your items back to Amazon's fulfillment center.
Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
